1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JAFS Cleaning’s services, website, or any applications (collectively, the ‘Services’), you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

JAFS Cleaning provides professional cleaning services subject to these Terms. Our core offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • Commercial cleaning services
  • Residential cleaning services
  • Regular cleaning maintenance
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Special event cleaning

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, patent disclosures and inventions (whether patentable or not), trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, know-how and other confidential information, trade dress, trade names, logos, corporate names, and domain names, together with all derivatives, translations, adaptations, modifications, and combinations thereof, and all other intellectual property rights shall remain with JAFS Cleaning or our respective licensors.

3.2 These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services, content, or our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JAFS Cleaning, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

4.2 Our liability is limited whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

6. Termination
